It was the annual “The Roast Chicken Day” in my home.
I don’t know the reason why we cook chicken in this time but we keep the event this year, too.
In this year, it was held a little earlier than usual.
I cooked a starter as well as, Maguro, Avocado and Nagaimo Tartar.
Daimajo-sama cooked the roast chicken as well as.
It roasted up very well.
Delicious!
I chose wine today.
They were better ones than usual.
