Grilled Red Snapper and Sauteed Shrimp
The Katsuo sashimi was the first arrivals in this season.
It was delicious.
Today’s Wine
Belles du Sud Chardonnay 2023
It is a Chardonnay from Languedoc.
This is PB wine from York Holdings, which I am in charge of development and import.
I picked up a lot of new lots that arrived in January with defective labels, so I started drinking them often for a while.
It’s a very delicious wine, and I bought it at an imported price, so I have no complaints at all.
It went perfectly with today’s dish of sashimi, salad, and main seafoods.
