When I was doing the office work that had accumulated, the time passed before I knew it.

 

 

I got ready for dinner quickly.

Today, for the first time in a long time, I made a Mediterranean-style Chirashi-sushi.

 

 

Bonito, Bachi-Maguro, Ishidai, Maruaji, Firefly-squid

Ishidai and Maruaji are the local fish of Sagami Bay.

 

 

In our house, when the hot pot season ends, Mediterranean Chirashi-sushi begins.

 

 

After all, it’s so delicious!

 

 

 

Wine of the Day
