It is a white wine from Languedoc.
Relax Wine began to be imported in 1998 under the former name of Tortoise Creek.
It is a super long-seller with a longer history than the Marquis de Beau Rond.
It was around 2001 when it started to appear on the shelves of supermarkets in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and I remember that I was very happy.
I felt fresh fruits, light acidity, and clear minerality.
I think it’s a well-made wine.
It’s impeccable.
It also went well with the tenderloin.
