Both supermarkets in the neighborhood had empty shelves yesterday, but today they were well stocked.
The shelves of the supermarket were also switched from New Year’s mode to normal mode.
So, I got an extra-large size mackerel from Toyama.
If you look at the transparent eyeballs, you can also see how fresh it is.
I cooked it sashimi.
I usually throw away the mackerel bones and Ara, but today I grilled them with salt.
Both the sashimi and the grill were delicious.
