The hamburger steak and lasagna were frozen ones which I made before.
But both dishes were delicious.

This white wine is also my house wine.
It is a SQNPI certified sustainable wine made from 100% Cortese, a local variety from Piemonte, Italy.
I felt clear and transparent fruit flavor, fresh acid and minerality.
In addition to the pure and natural taste common to Relax Wine, it also has a solid drink.
It went well with raw oysters and sashimi, as well as hamburger steak and lasagna.
