In general, it’s a three-day holiday from today.
Today, the first day, is blessed with autumn sunshine and seems to be a perfect day for a picnic.
It was a busy day for me with household chores that I tended to be late for.

1st Misono Vineyard Pink Niagara 2023 2,800 yen
It is a rose wine made by a winery in Yoichi, Hokkaido.
It is made from 50-year-old Niagara vine’s juice, which is organically grown in the estate vineyard
The peel of Pinot Noir after juicing is soaked for 5 days with Niagara juice.
The juice is fermented by wild yeast without sulfur.
I was impressed in the thick fruit flavor of Niagara and the crispy and firm acid unique to Hokkaido.
It is a pure and very unique wine.
The big body and high acidity of this fruits may become a long-term maturing.
Also, there was some Piemonte wines left over from yesterday, so I drank it deliciously.
