Looking at the recipe

Sep. 15

I don’t often cook while looking at recipes.

Most of the time, I imagine the finished dish and make it with the feeling that it is a thing.

But when I cook every day, I get bored.

So, today I made it while looking at the recipe that was in the Saturday edition of the Nikkei newspaper.

Edamame

Bitter melon salad (Nikkei Saturday edition September 7 recipe)

Katsuo tataki

Tarraco Spaghetti

Autumn salmon steamed in a frying pan (Nikkei Saturday edition September 14 recipe)

Both recipes are really easy.

The seasoning is almost only mayonnaise.

And it’s very tasty.

In particular, the autumn salmon recipe took 15 minutes to cook, and I was able to make a solid main dish.

I will try to make it again.

1st Le Dolci Colline Prosecco NV Sample tasting

This is a sample of sparkling wine from a winery in Veneto, Italy.

I felt gorgeous and gentle foam, fluffy fruitiness, and clear mouthfeel without turbidity.

It is very pure, and the natural taste of grapes bursts out.

Yes, this is delicious Prosecco.

The appreciation of the euro seems to have subsided, so we may want to consider introducing it.

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc 2022 1,050 yen

The inventory in the warehouse has already switched to the 2023 vintage, but this is the previous vintage.

I felt rich fruits, citrus acid, and sharp minerality.

It was delicious as promised today.
