1st NIKI Hills Winery Neiro 2022 3,600 yen
I purchased this one at the D&D wine shop in Azabu Juban.
It is a fruity wine made from 100% Bacchus from Yoichi, Hokkaido.
I felt good aroma of fresh grapes, crystal clear and pure and natural mouthfeel.
It also has a beautiful acid and mineral feeling.
Bacchus is friendly and good.
2nd Yamabe Winery Concord 2023 1,375 yen
I searched for a teaching material wine to use in the wine workshop that makes it easy to understand the characteristics of Labrusca.
After all, Concord is the easiest to understand. I tried to find it.
I was looking for a dry taste one because it is misunderstood as ” Labrusca = sweet”, but this is hard to find.
I finally found this Yamabe Winery from Nagano Matsumoto.
I felt usual aroma reminiscent of Fanta Grape (is it still there?).
However, when you put it in my mouth, the pure grape flavor spreads.
It tasted a little better than I expected, so I was going to take a sip of it, but I decided to drink it as it was with my meal.
Yamabe Winery is a good winery, isn’t it?
