Finally, the antigen test was negative.

Feb. 24

The onset date of the Covid-19 is “day zero”, and today is the sixth day since the onset of the disease.

According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, it seems that I can return to normal life from today.

Finally, the antigen test was negative.

It’s so nice and I’m back to “Shaba”.

When I was cleaning the room and cleaning up, it was evening in the blink of an eye.

Today I’m going to cook Sukiyaki.

Just in case, if it is heated just before, it is safe.

Get a delicious looking cut off of Yamagata beef.

The appetizer is marinated firefly squid and strawberries.

The sweetness and acidity of strawberries and the saltiness of firefly squid go well together.

Today’s wine.

Hamada Vineyard Chardonnay 2020 6,000 yen

To celebrate my return to society from the Covid-19, I opened a fine wine.

It is an excellent product from Mikasa, Hokkaido.

I felt the thick fruit flavor that reflects Mikasa’s terroir, the aroma derived from barrel fermentation, the depth of acidity, and the complexity and minerality unique to wild yeast.

After all, this is a super-class Chardonnay.

It was so delicious that I almost cried.
