No Wine Day

Jan. 5

It’s Yakiniku tonight.

I got a red meat from Hokkaido domestic beef.

I’ve always liked lean meat.

I also had a salad.

1st Audacia Chenin Blanc NV

I thought it was a white wine that would go well with Yakiniku, so I opened this South African Chenin Blanc.

I felt a gentle mouthfeel because of no added sulfurous acid.

It has many layers of condensed fruit flavors and a fluffy and elegant taste.

It went great with homemade soy-apple-based sauce.

This is a really good wine with a deep pocket.

2nd Audacia Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Audashia Wine does not use any of the antioxidant sulfurous acid, but instead uses rooibos tea stems and honeybush, which have strong antioxidant power.

I help to import this wine, and the quality of the wine has improved markedly year by year.

I felt rich, complex, and condensed, Cabernet’s deep elegance in depth.

I also felt an extremely pleasant acid and long aftertaste.

Itbhas a natural taste with the essence of grapes.

Hmmm, I think this is great.
