Sightseeing in Yokohama

No Wine Day

Nov. 6

I went to a sightseeing in Yokohama.

I come to Yokohama almost every week for work, but this is probably the first time I’ve done sightseeing.

First of all, I visited to Yokohama Osanbashi International Passenger Ship Terminal.

I came here once about 30 years ago, but now it’s such a big terminal.

The view from the rooftop plaza was wonderful.

We had lunch at a stylish café at the terminal.

I went up to the observation deck of Yokohama’s iconic Landmark Tower for the first time.

After all, it is a stunning view.

Tonight, I’m staying at a luxury hotel in Yokohama.

It’s been a really long time since I’ve stayed at a hotel in Yokohama.

Dinner is served in the hotel’s luxurious rooms.

They don’t call it room service; they call it in-room dining.

I had sumptuous Italian dishes.

The wines were Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir from Folium in Marlborough, New Zealand, which I brought from home.

Both the bottles of Folium were wonderfully tasty.

With in-room dining, it’s nice to be able to bring your favorite wine without hesitation.

I was able to spend a very luxurious time.

Thank you very much!
