Salmon, Avocado and Eringi with mayo mustard
The salmon and avocado dish was broadcast on NHK’s “Asaichi” this morning.
It looked delicious, so I made it right away.

1st La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2021 1,700 yen
It is my most favorite Relax Wine white.
It is made from organically grown grapes in Languedoc.
I felt rich fruits taste, deep minerality, and extremely pure mouthfeel.
Hmm, delicious!
2nd Chase the Grape Chill Red 2022 2,850 yen
Young winemaker Mr. Dai Naito has released his fourth cuvee of Chase the Grapes, which he prepares once a year.
This is his first red wine release.
Muscat Bailey A harvested in Katsunuma, Yamanashi is blended with Merlot harvested in Manriki and a little some white grapes from Katsunuma.
After fermentation without wild yeast and sulfite additives, it is aged in oak barrels.
I felt gentle and present fruits, mellow tannins, fluffy and pleasant mouthfeel.
Delicious, isn’t it? I think it’s pretty cool.
Continuing from last year, this one is consignment producing with Marusan Wine in Katsunuma.
The number of bottles produced is 727.
