I cooked Mediterranean style Chirashi-Sushi.

I cooked a vinegared rice with apple vinegar, add pine nuts and sweet basil.

 

 

I put sashimi marinated in olive oil & balsamic and drizzled cherry tomatoes and cress.

 

 

This is amazingly delicious!

 

 

 

 

1st Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc 2021  980 yen

On a hot day like today, it’s Sauvignon Blanc.

This Marquis de Beau Rond ‘s Sauvignon Blanc is snappy.

I felt citrus fruit, sharp-edged acidity and sharpened minerality.

I also felt pure mouthfeel without any unpleasant taste.

It is so delicious.

 

 

2nd Belles du Sud Pinot Noir 2021  1,078 yen

I chose this is Pinot Noir from Languedoc on the Mediterranean coast to accompany the Mediterranean Chirashi-Sushi.

I’ve been drinking this a lot lately.

Because it’s a delicious Pinot Noir.

I drank it well chilled.

It was very delicious.
