I went to Shin-Yurigaoka and hada nice sushi dinner at Sato.
This is my favorite sushi restaurant.
The stewed ayu with the tip may have been the most delicious ayu I have ever eaten.
The sashimi is also great!
Today, the shellfish at the end of the season were excellent.
Today, I brought in Chase the Grapes.

The dishes that the master serves more and more are all very good.
However, there is less and less my room for nigiri sushi.
Still, nigiri sushi.
Sushi and wine are the best!
