I cooked dinner, Tamaki-Sushi.

1st Kobe Reserva Chardonnay Non-Filtration 2021 3200 yen
It is a special cuvée produced by the collaboration between Kobe Wine and Hakutsuru sake brewery.
I have joined in this project as a consultant.
It is a periodic quality check tasting.
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Inji vineyard in Kobe.
We had long raining days in picking time.
There were many damage grapes.
However, we did a very carefully grape selection and got only healthy grapes.
I felt pure-natural fruits, beautiful citrus and nice minerals.
It was so tasty and very good for Temaki-Sushi.
2nd Kobe Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon Clairet 2021 3200 yen
It is a periodic quality check tasting, too.
It is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the estate vineyard in Kobe.
The aroma and flavor were typically good Cabernet characters.
I felt charming fruits, cute acidity and comfortable mouthfeel.
I think the quality has got better.
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi, too.
