Oct. 1
I had a yearly physical examination.
I was sure again that I hate a barium.
Then I had a Yakiniku BBQ dinner.
I splashed out and bought Kuroge-Wagyu today.
Very good!
I tasted wine for the first time in six days.
1st Hamada Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2020 4900 yen
What should I choose the first wine for six days?
After a long wavering, I chose this white wine.
It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in the estate vineyard in Mikasa Hokkaido.
It is fermented by wild yeast and matured in oak cusk.
I was amazed by the first sip, “How delicious is this!”
A long interval let me know the wonderfulness of wine.
I felt outstandingly concentrated fine fruits, super beautiful acidity and amazingly minerals.
Delicious! Delicious! Delicious!
2nd al & dile Pinot Nero 2018 1650 yen
Also, after a long wavering, I chose this red wine.
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Veneto.
Because my Yakiniku sauce is light taste, I shouldn’t choose dark wine.
I felt fresh aroma, pure red fruits, beautiful acidity and comfortable tannin.
It is a perfect Pinot Noir for me.
I am sure again that wine is my life.
