1st Pangolin Sauvignon Blanc 2014 920 yen
I don’t have a confidence for New World Sauvignon Blanc with cheap price.
Most of them have too much fruits, too much alcohol or lazy taste, I think.
However, I love this South African Sauvignon Blanc.
It has a very good balance of clean fruits, nice citrus, fine minerals and comfortable after taste.
It’s so tasty!
It’s very good for oysters and shirako today.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 830 yen
Marquis de Beau Rond is the best seller brand and Pangolin is the second best seller brand in Cave de Relax.
I was sure again this Cabernet is an outstanding red wine in this class.
