It is made from Xarel-lo and Muscat grown in the estate winery in Penedes Spain by organic method.

I felt fresh fruits, crispy citrus and good minerals.

The taste was really pure and natural.

I think it has an outstandingly high cost performance.

2nd Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Tinto 2018  1300yen

It is made from Merlot and Syrah grown in the estate winery in Penedes by organic method.

I felt charming red berries, good acidity and seamless tannin.

The style is very clean, delicate and elegant.

It was very good for sushi today.
