The weather forecast said, it will rain very hard afternoon today.
But it didn’t rain today.
I think the weather forecast often miss recently.
1st Camino Iberico Viura 2018 1518 yen
It is made from 100% Viura grown in Rioja Spain.
Viura is the same grape variety with Macabeo, which is often used to produce Cava.
Rioja produced mainly red wine but this one is a fresh white wine.
I felt crisp fruits, clean acidity and nice minerals.
It is the typical style of Relax Wine.
2nd Camino Iberico Tempranillo 2018 1518 yen
It is made from 100% Tempranillo grown in Rioja Spain.
Almost all Rioja red wine made from Tempranillo used to be a dark, heavy and full-bodied style.
But this one is a very elegant fresh and fruity style.
It is fermented in 100% stemless tank and matured there.
I felt charming red fruits, clean acidity and silky tannins.
It has a very good mouthfeel.
