2018 1500 yen + tax
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyards in Minervois Languedoc by sustainable farming.
It is a really pure and natural style wine.
I felt natural fruits touch, comfortable acidity and clean minerals.
I could saw fine-ripe real fruits from the glass.
Very good!
2nd Fond Cypres G 2019 2180 yen + tax
I bought this one at Liquor Morisawa in Tama by the shop recommend.
The old name of the winery is Chassorney du Sud.
They used to collaborated with Frederic Cossard, who is a superstar of “Bio Wine”.
It is made from 100% Grenache grown in Languedoc by organic method.
It is fermented, matured and bottled without sulfur.
Well, I felt very charming fruits.
The taste was very deep and concentrated but not heavy.
The taste was really pure, clean and elegant.
I didn’t feel any strong alcohol even though it has 14% degree.
What a delicious Languedoc bio wine.
