I was invited to a gorgeous wine party organized by Fukushimaya, which is a gourmet supermarket and the tenant owner of our Roppongi store and Akihabara store.
Fukushimaya has a cooking class for a long time.
The regular attenders of the class gathered at LA SORA SEED, which is a fine Italian restaurant at Tokyo Soamachi.
Fukushimaya mostly buy their vegetables and meets directly from farmers.
The farmers also joined in this party.
All the fine dishes today were cooked by Fukushimaya’s food ingredients.
They were outstandingly great.
I chose all of the wines and explained the details about them.
Fortunately, all wines got a very good reputations.
I think the paring between wine and foods were perfect.
It was a great time.
It was a fantastic wine-dinner party.
I think I did a good job.
