I joined to some private wine party at Nakato Café in Aoyama.
The café is open for an only limited time in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of Nakato, a majar food company & wine importer.
I brought a bottle of Domaine Hase FUKUIHARA blanc 2017, which is the first vintage of the new winery in Takayama, Nagao.
It is made from Chardonnay, Riesling,Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc Gewurztraminer and Syrah grown in the estate vineyards by almost organic method.
Only 1043 bottles were produced.
I was amazed at the quality.
I felt very clean& natural fruits, nice acidity and outstandingly fine minerals.
Sooooooooooo tasty!!!!
It was very good for the nice foods today, too.
All of the members today enjoyed the bottle very much.
I am sure Domaine Hase will become one of the top wineries in Nagano soon.
We also enjoyed all bottles everybody brought, too.
It was a very nice party.
