The early bloomer cherry near my shop has been in full bloom.

 

 

 

Beautiful!

 

 

I cooked dinner quickly after came back home because dainajo-sama was down by a cold.

Sashimi, Green Salad and Beef Steak.

 

 

I cooked them about 40 minutes.

Very good!

 

 

 

1st Villa Anita Viura-Chardonnay 2016 930 yen

It is made in Tarragona Spain from Viura and Chardonnay.

I felt very fine acidity from Viura and rich-elegant fruits from Chardonnay.

Tasty!

It was very good for Sashimi today.

 

 

2nd Ancola Sangiovese 2015 930 yen

It is made in Puglia Italy from 100% Saigiovese.

I felt rich fruits, mild tannin and nice acidity.

I felt no taste to disturb my palate.

Tasty!

It was very good for beef steak today.
