Jul. 8
I participated in a wine party to celebrate the marriage of Megumi, an old wine friend.
The association had been growing due to the Corona disaster, but it has finally been realized.
The venue was the French “Manoir” in Ebisu.
It’s been a really long time since I’ve visited here.
Seven of our wine friends congratulate them.
Manoir cuisines were as wonderful as ever.
It does not destroy the goodness of the fine ingredients, it is original and orthodox.
The elaborate Purple Sea Urchin, Ezo Abalone and Ayu plates are impressive.
Wine is 、、、
Piper Edsick Rare 2002
Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Rosé 2005
Leflaive Batard Montrachet 2009
Henri Boillot Corton Charlemagne 2005
Hospices de Beaune Beaune 1er Cru Maurice Drouin 2005 Magnum
Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1995
Chateau Margaux 2009
It just so happens that the Great Vintage 2005 and 2009 are now aligned.
We had a truly luxurious time with great food, the finest wines and wonderful wine friends.
Congratulations to Megumi.
Please, be happy for many years to come!
