I immediately made them into jam.

I made a wine sauce from the blueberry jam I made today.

It was very delicious.

 

 

1st Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2021 980 yen

Languedoc in 2021, due to cold damage in early spring, Chardonnay was severely damaged, and the yield was extremely reduced.

Local prices are incredibly high.

It is more difficult to secure wine.

Under such circumstances, through a long-standing relationship of trust with suppliers, we have managed to secure the required number of Chardonnay from Marquis de Buau Rond.

This, as always, is very delicious.

It was great.

 

 

2nd Nostrada Tempranillo 2021 1,000 yen

It is an original Relax Wine from Tarragona, Spain.

Actually, I was planning to choose a different wine, but I decided to drink this tempranillo that I pulled out to make the blueberry wine sauce.

I felt rich fruits taste, firm acidity and pleasant astringency.

This pure and clean taste became even more delicious when you add ice.

 

 

Pure red wine with ice cubes, recommended.
