1st Cave an A Table Koshu Kamoshi 2022 2,640 yen

Cave An is a winery opened independently by Ms. Masako Azo, who has been in charge of brewing at Marufuji Winery for a long time.

This Koshu orange wine is her first release.

It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Manriki in Yamanashi

All of the grapes were fermented with wild yeast and has gone through 14 days of maceration.

Normally, if you maderate Koshu for 14 days, you will get bitterness and miscellaneous taste, but this is an extremely pure clear taste.

It is full of charming fruit flavor and beautiful acid.

 

 

As expected, Masako Azo, if she makes Koshu Orange wine, there may be no one to the right of this person.

After all, it’s good. It’s really delicious.

2nd Obuse Winery Domaine Soga Albariño 2022

It is a precious cuvée prepared with 100% Albariño grown in Obuse Winery’s estate vineyard.

I have drunk quite a few Obuse wines, but this is my first time drinking Albariño.

This is a great wine that exceeds my expectations.

I felt thick and rich fruitiness, full acidity and wonderful refined minerality.

This is amazing. It’s one of the best white wines in Obuse.

At this, this price!

Depending on the winery, the price will easily exceed 10,000 yen.

Well, after all Obuse is amazing.

Oh yes, yes, it was super perfect for Temaki-Sushi.
