I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
It was the first Temaki-Sushi in this year.
All of the seafood were wild ones and no frozen.
Very good!
1st Michel Noellat Bourgogne Chardonnay 2014 2400 yen
I felt rich fruits, fine citrus and nice minerals.
I like this style very much.
I think it has an outstanding quality in AOC Burgundy.
It was very good for sushi tonight.
Good choice!
2nd P&L Borgeot Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2015 1980 yen
I bought this one at our final sales last year.
You don’t find Burgundy so often with under 2000 yen recently.
At first, I felt some reductive nuance but it went out soon.
Then I felt very charming red berries.
It was very good Burgundy.
Good choice, too!
