1st Okuizumo Winery Sauvignon Blanc 2016
It is very small products of the winery, which is located in West Japan.
It’s surprisingly tasty!
I felt very clean fruits, fine citrus, clear minerals.
It is a very natural style of white wine.
I felt very comfortable taste in my palate.
I think it is one of the best Sauvignon Blanc in Japan.
2nd Okuizumo Winery Merlot 2016. 3200 yen
It is also very small products.
I bought it at the winery in this month.
I felt elegant-silky tannin and fine herb nuance.
I also felt very dense-charming fruits.
I think it is something similar to Nagano Merlot.
It’s so tasty, too.
I should say it is top class Japan Merlot.
