I got a very fresh wild Madai.
Then I cooked Chirashi-Sushi a la Mediterranean.
Delicious!

I made a marriage of Mediterranean sushi with Mediterranean wine.
It is the best seller sparkling wine in Cave de Relax for a long time.
I felt very elegant babbles, natural fruits and fine minerals.
It was very good for sushi today.
2nd Domaine de Bachellery Pinot Noir 2015 1380 yen
The vineyards of this Pinot Noir is located at near Mediterranean beach in Bezier Languedoc.
There is a famous Nudist Beach near the vineyards.
I want to visit there once.
Anyway, it is a very nice Pinot Noir.
I felt charming red berries and silky tannin.
I also felt some spicy herb nuance.
It is very good for suhi today, too.
