Busy day-off

No Wine Day

Aug.4

It was a day-off.

I weeded my garden in the early morning.

Then I went to Shueisha, a popular publisher in Kanda, and had an interview about Hokkaido Wine.

1st Gomi Winery Premium Selection Koshu Komazono 2016 2380 yen

It was a just my taste.

I love this crystal fruits, very fine minerals, charming citrus and comfortable after taste.

I think it is one of the best Koshu wines.

It has a very high cost-performance.

I want to recommend this for all Japan Wine lovers.

2nd Chateau du Bois de la Salle Chenas 2013 1950 yen

This estate winery is own de by Caves Julienas, which is a popular cooperative winey of Cru Beaujolais.

I felt very fine red fruits, silky tannin and long after taste.

It is very good for serving chilled.

I want to let the persons who think Beaujolais is no good wine know Gamey becomes such a fine red wine.

It was very good for the seafood gratin today.
