I visited to my relative house in Saitama and cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
Gorgeous!
1st Chichibu Wine Gensakujirushi Rose
My aunt bought this bottle at the winery in Saitama.
I tried to taste Chichibu wine at the first time.
It is made from Koshu and Muscat Bailey-A.
I like this fresh aroma, nice acidity and charming fruits.
It’s very easy to drink.
Tasty!
2nd Rubaiyat Koshu Kamoshi 2016
I bought this bottle at the winery in April.
It is fermented with grape skins & seeds as same as red wine.
I like very much this fresh aroma, charming red berries, crisp fruits and elegant tannin.
It is a very delicious Koshu wine.
I hope this style of Koshu wine coming more.
3rd Rubaiyat Merlot 2007 3,456 yen
I bought this bottle at the winery, too.
It is made from 100% Merlot grown in Shiojiri.
It is matured in oak cask for 10 months and in the bottles for 10 years.
I felt very big structure, silky tannin, very elegant-complex fruits and long-fine after taste.
I think it is very fortune we have such great Marlot in Japan.
The price is joking, I think.
