It has very dense fruits, nice acidity and fine minerals.
I felt something similar taste to the fine Chablis I tasted the day before yesterday, which is made in North Burgundy.
It is made in South Burgundy.
I think a good Burgundy has same nuance each other, which is an expensive Burgundy taste.
2nd Famille Lieubeau Pinot Noir 2015 1680 yen
It is made in Muscadet, Loire Valley.
You don’t see many Pinot Noir from Muscadet, do you?
The taste is light but I felt very concentrated red berries a lot.
I’m sure again it is a very fine Pinot Noir.
It was very good for the seafood today.
