It was a day-off today.
I went to a near river to see cherry blossoms.
They were not in full bloom but some of them already bloomed.
I enjoyed it.
Then I cooked dinner.
Chirashi-Sushi a la Mediterranean.

Rose wine is very good for the cherry blossoms season.
It is made from Grenache and Syrah grown in Languedoc.
I like this pure fruits and charming red acidiy.
I am sure that this rose has an outstanding quality in this class.
2nd Bellecourt Pinot Noir 2015. 1200 yen
We received the new arrivals after its out of stock for a while.
It is a really fine Pinot Noir.
It has very cool taste even though it is made in south area.
I love this pure fruits, nice acidity, silky tannin and fine red berries.
I want to recommend this one if you try cheap Burgundy.
