1st Rubaiyat Koshu Sur Lie 2015 1890 yen
When I taste this fine Koshu, I always think it is a very good sample for all Koshu wines.
It showed very well essence of Koshu grape character.
I felt very elegant fruits, fine citrus and delicate minerals.
I felt as if I drunk fine mineral water.
I am sure again it is one of the best Koshu wines.
2nd Rubaiyat Muscat Bailey-A 2015 2160 yen
It’s a wonderful Bailey-A.
It’s so delicious.
I didn’t feel any bad candy flavor that some Bailey-A unfortunately have.
I felt very nice red berries, silky tannin and fine grape flavor.
So delicious!
It was very good for the seafood dish today.
