I took the soup by boiling chicken’s wing bones for eight hours.

1st Montalto Pennon Hill Chardonnay 2013

This Chardonnay made in Victria, Australia.

It’s a gift from my old friend living in Melbourne.

What a super beautiful Chardonnay is this!

I felt super beautiful fresh-rich fruits like an apricot.

It has an outstanding elegant-cool style.

Delicious! Delicious! Delicious!

The style is the exact opposite from traditional Australian Chardonnay, which is big, fat and oaky.

This bottle showed me the big evolution of Australian Chardonnay.

 

 

 

2nd Domaine Perrot-Minot Gevrey-Chambertin 2014

I was going to open some standard class red wine but I changed the bottle because the frist white wine was so great.

Then I opend this expensive wine.

Unfortunately, the bottlle was too cold because I kept it at very cold room.

Of course, the taste is very good.

I drank it quickly.

Finnaly, I got very fine aroma and flavor at the final glass.

When you open very fone wine, I recommend you taking enough time before open.
