It is made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay grown in Minervois, Languedoc by Terra Vitis method.
I like this elegant fruits, citrus and fine minerals.
Tasty!
2nd Domaine Pech Pouille Rouge 2015 1080 yen
The red is made from 60% Carignan, 15% Grenache, 15% Merlot and 10% Cinsault.
I felt typical style of Minervois tastes, which are elegant fruits, silky tannin and fine black berries.
It’s so tasty, too.
