I went to Takahata-Fudo Temple.

There were a lot of beautiful-colored leaves.

1st Rubaiyat Sauvignon Blanc 2015

It’s a really fine Sauvignon Blanc.

I felt beautiful fruits and outstandingly fine minerals.

I think it is a top class Sauvignon Blanc wines in Japan.

So tasty!

2nd  Suntory Japan Premium Tsugaru Pinot Noir Blanc de Noir 2014

I bought this at the winery in last September.

The color is crystal, not colored.

It was very tasty even though I didn’t feel any Pinot Noir nuance.

I felt very rich fruits, nice acidity and comfortable after taste.

I think it’s a good idea that making a white wine from Japanese Pinot Noir.

3rd  Aizu Wine Merlot 2015  1950 yen

It is made from 100% Merlot grown in Kanno Farm in Fukushima.

It is a very small product hand made by Mr. Honda.

I felt very fresh red berries a lot.

It’s a very charming red wine.

I like this hand-made nuance very much.

It was very good for Temaki-Sushi today.
