It is a white wine made by a famous natural winery in the South of the Rhone.
Grapes grown without pesticides are fermented by wild yeast without sulfurous acid.
It is bottled without clarification or filtration.
I felt very fleshy fruits, mild acidity, and a unique strong minerality.
It is a rich white wine, but has a clean aftertaste.
It also went well with the Izushi today.
