Relax Beaujolais Nouveau has arrived.

No Wine Day

Nov. 20

Today, the third Thursday of November, is the day when the ban on Beaujolais Nouveau is lifted.

This year, our original wine, Relax Beaujolais Nouveau, has arrived.

This year’s Beaujolais Nouveau is really good without flattery and marketing.

This Nouveau has a fresh aroma, thick and concentrated fruits, fresh fruits acidity, and a pleasant aftertaste.

There are no metallic nuances that are common in nouveau derived from the maceration carbonic method.

It has a high degree of perfection as a wine.

It is a technical story, but the total amount of sulfurous acid added is 36mg/L, and the free amount is 12mg/L, which is surprisingly low.

Well, after tasting this nouveau in the morning and thinking about what kind of food to pair with tonight, I came up with Sukiyaki.

I changed my plans and made dinner Sukiyaki for tonight.

I got a little excited and bought Japanese black beef from Kagoshima.

The sweet sauce and beef flavor based on soy sauce, mirin, and red wine are just the right meat with the hearty fruits flavor of this year’s Nouveau.

If it was a nouveau with a light taste, this might not be the case.

Well, it’s delicious. But Nouveau should taste better if you let it age for a while before drinking it.

I’ve bought a little more Nouveau this year for my home, so I’m going to open it little by little until next spring, not just on the day the ban is lifted.

I’m looking forward to it.
