Today’s sanma was paired with Oriol Rossell’s table wine.
It is a blend of 85% Xarel-lo and 15% Muscat, grown in the estate vineyard in Penedes, pesticide-free.
Behind the smooth mouthfeel, there is a lot of plump fruits.
The beautiful acidity of Xarel-lo and the sweet aroma of Muscat create an exquisite harmony.
It complemented our “izakaya menu” today.
