“Chronique des Combats du Domaine Takahiko”

8/27

Wine writer Mr. Yasuyuki Ukita sent me his latest book, “Chronique des Combats du Domaine Takahiko”.

I was also interviewed when his writing.

I’m going to read it, but it seems that my episode will also appear somewhere.

I’m looking forward to it.

Today’s dish

Edamame

Chicken Liver Stewed in red wine

Bonito Carpaccio Salad

Grilled Madai with Potato Gratin

The chicken liver was delicious.

Maybe he was anemic?

Today’s Wine

Montagne Noir Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 1,500 yen

Most of the Cabernet Sauvignon from Languedoc in this price range is a young vintage on the market, but this is a 2020 vintage.

After aging at the winery for about three years, it arrived in Japan this spring.

The beautiful ripening without any disturbing taste and the fresh fruits that still lingers are very well balanced.

This is also delicious.

When I drank it well chilled, it went well with chicken liver and bonito, as well as grilled red snapper.
