No Wine Day
No Food Day
Yesterday on Setsubun night, I ate a lot of beans from the sowing of beans. I even picked up the beans that I scattered on the floor and ate them.
I woke up in the middle of the night feeling sick.
The belly is abnormally stretched.
When I go to the bathroom, nothing comes out.
I was snorted until morning, and the diarrhea started.
Just in case, I did an antibody test, but both Covid-19 and influenza were negative.
Then I realized that a few years ago, I had the exact same stomachache the day after Setsubun and I remembered that I was whining.
Yesterday, I had diarrhea all day and had no appetite, so I skipped food as well as wine.

Fortunately, the stomach ache subsided today.
I tried to make the food as easy to digest as possible.
Chambon sec, Broccoli, Tomato and Orange Salad
Broccoli cost 500 yen. Vegetables are expensive!
Sauteed Mackerel, Scallops and Shrimp with Potato Gratin
Wine of the Day
Domaine Pech Pouille Chardonnay 2022 1,680 yen
It is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Languedoc-Minervois.
Chardonnay is not allowed in the Minervois AOC, so it is a standard for Vin de Pays, but it is a fine wine carefully selected and prepared from grapes harvested in the excellent plots of the estate vineyards strictly controlled by sustainable farming methods.
I felt a smooth, fluffy and pleasant fruit flavor unique to dignified wine fills the mouth.
The balance of acidity and minerality is also excellent.
It’s a very good wine.
I was very happy to enjoy a good wine again.
