No Wine Day

Jun. 25

Today, I went to Fukushima.

At the York Benimaru headquarters in Koriyama, I was in charge of wine workshops.

This is the second time this class has been held.

I talked to the members of staff who are studying wine at a very professional level.

The wine tasting was blind.

Everyone has a good sense.

Thank you for your hard work for 3 hours of study.

In the short time waiting for the Shinkansen train on the way home, I had Aizu’s horse stab and cold tofu at the local sake bar “Morishu” in the station.

Today’s local sake was Hirotogawa special junmai sake from Tenei Village.

Yup, it’s delicious!

Among the Shinkansen train, I tasted one cup of Eisen. This is a classic, isn’t it?

After arriving at Tokyo Station, I tasted a craft beer from Ibaraki on the terrace of the Yaesu Grand Roof.

I was surprised to see that Yaesu had completely changed.

I think I did a god job.
