I had a business lunch with Philippe Carrant and Michael Rogers of Overland Wines, a wine agent from France, at Tavern on S in Shinjuku.
When I counted, we had a good relationship with them for 25 years.
It is the result of our good relationship with them that we are able to maintain a stable supply of Relax Wine Original long-sellers, “Marquis de Beau Rond”, “Bellecourt” and “Estesargues” at reasonable prices while maintaining their high quality.
Since it is lunch, the wine is light.
The shop’s house wine, Australian sparkling wine, is imported by GRN, which I am in charge of a wine consultant.
This bubble is also my favorite.
In a fun conversation while joking, I was able to get a lot of topics about the global wine situation and the hints of next business.
It was a fun and meaningful time.
