It’s a refreshing Sunday only in May.


The day passed in the blink of an eye, with the usual nursing care, cleaning, cooking, laundry, and shopping that I had left undone.



Today’s dinner was Mediterranean-style Chirashi sushi.

Drumstick Tuna, Sea Bass, Madai, Sado Salmon, Raw Whitebait, Steamed Scallops



This seafood Chirashi sushi has a short cooking time and looks gorgeous.

Of course, it goes well with wine.



It comes in handy.



1st Marquis de Beau Rond Rose 2022 1,050 yen

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Pinot Noir 2022 1,300 yen



The selection of wines is exactly the same as the last time I cooked Mediterranean-style sushi on May 18th.


In my diary, I was hesitant because I didn’t have too many tricks, but there were no other Mediterranean wines in the cellar, and this combination was exceptionally delicious last time, so I chose it.


When I took the picture, I reversed the order of the bottles.


Excuse me. But it was the perfect pairing.
