When I counted, there were 14 new treetops.

I once had fresh raw whitebaits with plenty of olive oil in a dining room at a fishing port in Sicily.
Doria is a paella that I made before that I couldn’t eat it all, so I froze it, and baked it with bechamel sauce and cheese.
Rich doria, delicious.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc 2022 1,050 yen
It is my standard Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc.
It’s not interesting as a diary, but for me as a drinker, this one is super reasonable.
I felt thick fruits, firm and refreshing acidity and firm minerality.
I’m glad that I can drink this with only 1,000 yen.
2nd Tortues en Crique Syrah Mourvedre 2022 1,180 yen
To go with the rich doria, I chose a red wine from Languedoc.
Speaking of Syrah and Mourvèdre, there are some wines that are painfully strong, but this one is cool and elegant.
I felt a firm body, clean acid and a smooth aftertaste.
It was perfect for the doria sauce with lots of cream, butter, and cheese.
