At the time of Temaki-Sushi, I often pull out this white wine from Languedoc.
It is an organic wine made from 100% Picpoul de Pinet.
I felt rich fruit taste, pure acid and refined minerality.
It is famous locally as a wine that goes well with raw oysters, but it is also great for Temaki- sushi.
I don’t know of any other wine that goes so well with sushi.
2nd La Croix Gratiot Pinot Noir Les Zazou 2018 2,500 yen
Tonight, the red is also La Croix Gratiot.
This Pinot Noir is full of cool feeling that you can’t think of as a southern wine.
I felt a concentrated fruit flavor and perfect elegance of Pinot Noir.
This is a very high-quality Pinot Noir.
It is a wine that impresses me every time I drink it.
