I felt gentle plump fruit taste, clean acid and pleasant minerality.
I am happy to taste the pure and natural mouthfeel.
It’s kind of a fluffy wine.

2nd bottle Estezargues Organic Côtes du Rhône Rouge 2021 1350 yen
It is a “BIO” wine Made in Côte du Rhône, France.
It is made from organically grown Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault with wild yeast and no sulfite additives.
I felt rich red fruits, rounded tannins and good acidity.
It is a full-bodied red wine, but the gentle and smooth mouthfeel is unique to “BIO” wines.
I filled a glass full of ice and drank it.
It’s delicious!
