I was invited to a wine tasting dinner by Mr. Hiroki Osanai, who is the owner & winemaker of Hirosaki Craft Wines, at his new house in Aoyama.
He grows Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc at the estate vineyard in Hirosaki.
He started a wine making by the grape from his friends two years ago.
We tasted his new released wine today.
Mrs. Mihoko Osanai is a cuisine professional.
She cooked very nice dishes.
Every dish was so delicious.
We tasted the three bottles of his new wines made by 100% Steuben.
All of his wines are produced by wild yeast without sulfur.
They were very nice.
The style was very elegant and natural.
I like them very much.
It was a very nice party.
